DELIVERY & RETURNS

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we deliver all over the world. Delivery is free in Europe. For the rest of the world the delivery varies between €15 and €25 depending on the destination.

Do you accept exchanges/returns?

Yes. In France and Italy: Exchanges/returns are free for all orders, within 14 days after receipt of the product. Abroad: Exchanges/returns are also possible and they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I exchange/return?

Contact us at hello@instance-officiel.com. The products must be returned in their packaging, with the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged.

 

PRODUCTS & MAINTENANCE

 What are your maintenance instructions?

Each product will contain a care tag to guide you in the maintenance of your product. 

Where are your products made?

All our products are manufactured in Rimini and Vigevano in Italy. We work with workshops specializing in luxury clothes.

 

SHOWROOM

Can I see the product in real life? 

 Yes, you can come visit our showroom in Milan by taking an appointment. Please write us at hello@instance-officiel.com

 

ORDER

How long does it take to ship my order?

During the week: 24 to 48 h. Over the weekend: the following Monday.

 How can I follow my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

 

PAYMENT

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with Paypal payment service.

When is my bank account charged for my order?

 Once your order has been made, you will be charged at the time of shipment of your order, usually 24h-48h after the order.
